 Australian Baseball League: Geelong-Korea Home Series

Various dates from 9-19 January plus Finals

Come along and see a combination of the stars from the Korean Baseball Organisation and some home grown Geelong talent combine for some great family entertainment and see the best baseball action being played in Australia.

THE FESTIVAL OF SAILS

Royal Geelong Yacht Club, 25 - 27 January 2020

The annual Festival of Sails in Geelong sees world-class sailing action combined with fantastic free waterfront entertainment.Watch the largest keelboat regatta in the Southern Hemisphere and enjoy the carnival atmosphere, with live music, kids entertainers, spectacular waterski and flyboard shows, family-friendly activities, rides, food trucks, market stalls, plus the iconic Australia Day fireworks display.

The Wonderland Spiegeltent at Barwon Heads

The Wonderland Spiegeltent will take up residency on the beautiful foreshore at Barwon Heads this Summer. Step back in time and recapture the magic from the Golden Age of circuses. Wonderland Spiegeltent, the beautiful 1930s nostalgic wooden mirrored travelling European circus tent is coming back to Barwon Heads. Featuring a spectacular program of live entertainment including circus, cabaret, comedy, burlesque, music and family shows, the program will keep everyone cool all summer long.

Basils Farm Summer Sessions Live Music

Swan Bay, Saturdays in January, 1.30pm - 4.30pm

Sit outdoors on the lawn under the fig trees or inside Basils Cafe, listen to talented musicians perform and take in the stunning views across Swan Bay to Queenscliff.

Portarlington Mussel Festival

Portarlington, Saturday 11 January

Set in the delightful village of Portarlington facing Melbourne across the bay, the festival features famous Portarlington mussels in all forms, to eat on the spot or to take away.

The mussels are only the beginning; there are dozens of other food booths with local produce, market stalls, local beer and wine tastings, art shows, cooking demonstrations, fun for the kids with roving entertainers and great local musicians across five stages

Great Australian Beer Festival Geelong

Johnstone Park, 18 January

Picture hundreds of amazing beers and ciders that you can sample or just kick back and relax with. Smoking slow-cooked meats and Geelong’s best burgers, a rocking piano-bar, a gin bar, slushies and wine just to mix it up. You can experience all of this at the 8th annual Great Australian Beer Festival Geelong at the iconic Johnstone Park in the heart of the CBD
