4 of the best Fish & Chips on the Geelong Waterfront

Wednesday, 30 March 2016

Fish and chips by the beach, can't get more Aussie than that. Do you prefer vinegar or tomato sauce on yours? What about a pickled onion? I can't go past a steamed dimmie with soy sauce any time I have fish and chips.

The Geelong Boat House

Fish and Chips on a 100 year old boat, floating in the water.

Enjoy a family lunch on the grass or enjoy your next event or function inside.

If you don't believe how good it is just watch this video.

King George Fish and Grill

Experts in good ol' fish and chips but turning it up a notch since setting up on the waterfront.

A special family run business using heaps of great local produce.

And you might even be tempted by something other than fish and chips.

Beer & burger sounds ok to me!

Fishermen’s pier

Get a little fancy with this welll established business of over 40+ years.

Panoramic views from the comfort of your table and if you haven't visited for a while, you'll notice the recent makeover painted in a fresh and vibrant white.

The Edge

Fish and chips doesn't always mean just flake and chips.

What about seared prawn gyoza or lightly dusted salt and pepper calamari served with citrus aioli?

You won't miss this venue when promenading down the waterfront, it's always busy and I don't mind fish and chips with a mojito cocktail on the side.

Tempted enough to visit Geelong now? Here is where you can find more great info.
